Technology Program at HRSR

At Our Lady of the Holy Rosary St. Richard Catholic School, we are dedicated to forming students who are prepared to lead and thrive in the twenty-first century. We believe that technology, when used with purpose and balance, plays an essential role in helping students develop the skills needed for lifelong learning. By providing access to digital tools, professional development for teachers, and a shared vision rooted in faith and academic excellence, HRSR ensures that technology meaningfully enriches the learning experience for every child.
From PK-4 through 8th grade, students at HRSR use iPads as an integral part of their education. This program makes learning dynamic, interactive, and student-centered. iPads open opportunities for creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking while providing access to e-books and school-approved applications that strengthen the curriculum. Each classroom is also equipped with interactive display boards, allowing teachers to engage students through hands-on lessons, multimedia presentations, and real-time collaboration. Together, these tools extend learning beyond the classroom, offering resources and experiences that prepare students for the digital world they will encounter in high school, college, and beyond.
At HRSR, technology never replaces excellent teaching or meaningful content—it enhances both. Guided by Catholic values, our approach emphasizes not only the effective use of technology but also its responsible and ethical application. With this foundation, HRSR students grow as faith-filled learners who are confident, creative, and ready to meet the challenges of the future.
