Middle School

At Our Lady of the Holy Rosary St. Richard Catholic School, the middle school years are a time of discovery, leadership, and preparation for the future. Our students rise to new challenges with confidence and faith, building on the strong foundation formed in the elementary grades as they prepare for high school and beyond.

Each day is filled with opportunities to learn, lead, and grow. Students take a full range of core classes—language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies—while exploring their interests through courses in the arts, music, STEAM, and technology. They also participate in competitions across the Archdiocese of Miami, gaining confidence, teamwork, and a spirit of healthy challenge. Every student receives the support they need to succeed while also having opportunities for enrichment through advanced courses, fostering both curiosity and academic excellence.

Faith and leadership remain at the center of everything we do. Middle school students serve as role models for the younger knights, living out love, kindness, and respect each day. They take on leadership responsibilities through programs like the National Junior Honor Society, lead service activities, and participate in school traditions such as morning announcements, serving at Mass, and other meaningful roles that strengthen our community.

Through prayer, reflection, and service, they learn what it means to be faith-driven leaders—ready to make a positive impact in their school, parish, and beyond. At HRSR, middle school is a time to shine—to grow in wisdom, faith, and character, and to become the confident, compassionate leaders God calls them to be.
