Message from Principal Brown

Welcome to the official Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Saint Richard Catholic School website, the only dual-campus school of the Archdiocese of Miami, serving Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay, Florida.

As the proud principal of this vibrant community of over 500 students and 70 dedicated faculty and staff members, I am honored to lead an institution with a rich history dating back to 1959. As one of the first schools established in Cutler Bay, we have spent over six decades building a legacy rooted in faith, hope, and love, values that continue to shape everything we do.

Our foundation is built on the virtues of love, kindness, and respect, which are embraced by both our students and staff. Every day, we strive to exemplify these principles, always leading with Christ. Our faith guides us in all aspects of school life, and prayer is an integral part of our daily routine. Our success is not only measured by academic achievement and social-emotional growth but also by our unwavering commitment to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

We take pride in serving a vibrant and diverse community that reflects a rich variety of socioeconomic, ethnic, and academic backgrounds. Our school offers two comprehensive academic programs to meet the needs of both general education and special education students. We are dedicated to tailoring support and implementing strategies that foster confidence and ensure success for every child.

To support continued growth and learning, we also offer engaging summer programs on both campuses. These programs are designed to be fun and enriching, providing opportunities for students to forge friendships, participate in field trips, and enjoy a well-rounded experience. We understand that school can sometimes be challenging, but we believe in creating joyful environments where students can thrive and enjoy their journey.
